Which one should I go for?
I could not find more details on the Certification 700.(It is for Application developer)Can anybody provide the pointers to this?

I don't think 700 still exists, it probably is listed as sometimes an old 700 counts as a valid 730 for higher certificates
I can explain it to you, but i can not understand it for you.
