Creating Reports in JCL

Postby VicciJ » Sun Nov 16, 2014 8:22 pm

I am a complete novice to JCL and IBM Mainframes as a whole. I am trying to use ICETOOL and a DISPLAY statement to create a list in a report using a VSAM KSDS as input.

OK. When you get stuck with something, post what you've got, what problems you have, and sample input, output you get from the sample and output that you want.

Well, you cannot with JCL but you say you are using ICETOOL so I will move this topic to that part of the forum.

Note that ICETOOL is not JCL - it is a utility program.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
