The subject doesn't make any sense, nor does this topic. Would you mind trying to re-state your question and try to be more clear as to what this has to do with COBOL?

Hello,

One file has comp3 field how can we copy this file copy to another.
Define "copy". . . Is the copy to be on the same system or sent via ftp or ndm?

If you explain in more detail what you want to accomplish, we may have more useful replies.
Hope this helps,
d.sch.
