2) What is the purpose of link card????????????

for
1) look at the manuals for the meaning of a -206 return code

2) ask Your support ...
HEXLIB, PEMLIB are not part IIRC of the standard bind/link procedure
cheers

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

Can you please explain this series of mumbo jumbo? This is a professional forum: you have a proper keyboard. Please use it properly.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
