perhaps if You had looked more carefully You would have seen that Steve Myers has replied more than one thousand times with more than useful information,
and since we are replying on our own time and free of charge the burden of the proof of using the proper terminology is on the TS ( topic starter )
it has happened too many times that we ( people answering ) have lost time by trusting the TS terminology and researching what is not there,
and if You had cared to look at the overall trend of the forum it is more reasonable to doubt rather than search ourselves!

If you want a forum to be beginner only it should be clearly marked as such.

If you want a forum to be beginner only it should be clearly marked as such.

if You look at the top of the page ...
A Help & Support Forum for Mainframe Beginners and Students
more clear than that ?
cheers

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

Hello,

Well, sure . . .

Students are typically in some kind of (formal) training.

Beginners are typically working and may be known as freshers, newbies, rookies, etc.

We are far more likely to provide help to a beginner with a work question than provide homework solutions for students. We Will go to some length to help a student get thru their assignment, just not code it for them.
Hope this helps,
d.sch.
