Infoman - Undefined userids (s)

We are using an old version of Infoman, version 5, all of a sudden the following msg is being displayed when users are creating/updating/entering/displaying problem records:

Undefined userids (s) XXXXXXX +
Userid not found in Mail Directory

XXXXXXX is my userid, I have not changed anything within Infoman.

Has anyone else encountered this and know a solution?

Hello and welcome to the forum,

When you have a question, you should start a new topic for your question rather than post a reply to some other topic.

I imagine that either the product license "timed out" or someone changed something . . .

What is currently in the mail directory?
