IBM Lotus Notes

Postby gettosreejith » Tue Aug 05, 2008 12:24 pm

Hi,
Is there any way to schedule a particular mail to be sent to a group of people on a particular date?
I need to send a mail to a group on Sunday. Is there any way to save that mail in the draft and schedule it to be sent on that day?

Hello Sree and welcome to the forums,

Do you want to send the mail from the mainframe or are you sending from some other server?
Hope this helps,

Hello,

I'd suggest you talk with whoever is the Lotus Notes administrator for your system.

They can tell you if this is supported on your system and if it is, what you need to do to set up an automatic e-mail.
Hope this helps,
d.sch.
