Screen Scrapping ZScope Terminal Emulator

Postby Sreenisha[1] » Mon May 05, 2014 1:06 pm

Hi,

I want to open a mainframe session by clicking a link or command button in Excel file. Once I am into a session, I want to input some data to the CICs screen and I want to read some data as well.

The emulator i am using is ZScope Express 3270

Please help if you have any insight on this.

Please let me know for any queries.

Thanks

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

Have you read the manual to see whether or not what you want to do is even possible? If you have doubts, have you contacted the vendor?

Your odds of getting help on this -- or any -- forum are low since you haven't told us what you have done already, nor where your problems are, and you are using a terminal emulator that may be less popular than many, so there is not lots of experience with it available.

Nothing to do with Debug Tool - movng to Emulators
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
