Job has been pauseb by someone

Postby rmateos » Wed Oct 19, 2011 1:33 pm

Hi all!

I was running a job yesterday and someone paused it. The job is still paused today and I need to use it.

In the DA screen, I have tried to put C, P, PP, ect...but nothing happen in this case (Normally cancel the job).

Does anyone know other way to cancel the job?

Can I know who paused my job?

and how is this related to ISPF ?

we do not have access to Your system to carry on the appropriate problem determination

the best places to ask for help would be Your operations and Your support group
cheers

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

I know you all do not have access to my system.

I am just asking if there is a command to know who paused my job.

Regards.

The command is to talk to your system support group. They can go back through the logs and determine what happened to your job. There is no single "magic" command that would provide what you want to know, which is one reason why you are being told to talk to your site support group.
