Always use the search function, duplicates queries will also be deleted, repeated duplicates by the same member will lead to a account termination. Treat others with respect, they are spending their valuable time on your problem. Be patient and help others if you can. Always watch your topics for Replies(Email Notification). Do not request help via Private messages(PM) or emails.
