PLI Subroutine and procedure

What is the difference between PL/I subroutine and Procedure ?

Can anybody share some good online material.

Did you try the Glossary in the Enterprise PL/I Language Reference manual?

Why was it so hard to look up "PL/I Language Reference" on google? It was the first real link in the returned results and took me less time to do than to write this post - a LOT less!
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
