Can you please tell me which JCL i should use to compile a program containing COBOL, CICS and adabas ?

Whatever JCL your site support group tells you to use. Since sites use different source management packages, and different tools, anything that you are told by anyone on this forum may be 100% completely wrong for your site. Only your site support group (or your coworkers or team leader) can tell you how to compile a program at your site.
