Hello,

If the product was recently upgraded, suggest you open a support issue with CA for clarification/confirmation.

This will not resolve the sort problem. . .
Hope this helps,
d.sch.

Hello,

Has this been resolved?

If yes, please post the resolution.

If not, what is the current problem?
Hope this helps,

Mr Scherrer,
I have not been able to reach out to CA for clarification. Infact, being contractors such priviledges have not been bestowed upon us  . So i have kind of let it go.

Thanks for following up on this issue though. If i get anything i will surely put it up here....

Thanks much,
Anjali

Hi Anjali,

Infact, being contractors such priviledges have not been bestowed upon us
Unfortunately, somewhat common. . .

Good luck :)

fwiw - you might concentrate on the ICE message and try to determine the sort problem. . .

I got A045 with Rc=20

and I found that inserting

//SYSOUT DD SYSOUT=*

fixes that problem

Well I've had it again. This time caused simply by me having specified a wrong length record in my sort file definition - I'd defined it as 25 and was writing a much longer record to it.

Is it still a problem for you, or are you just being "informtive"? In two years, I hope you've realised that that was not the only message relating to your initial problem.
