Difference between JES2 initiators and WLM initiators

Difference between JES2 initiators and WLM initiators

Hi to All...

Can anyone tell me what is the basic difference between JES2 initiators and WLM initiators?
Also we can find JES2 initiators in the SYS1.PARMLIB(JES2PARM). But where can we find the WLM initiators.
