hello guys, can any of you can tell me how to run a cataloged procedure?

Please download a copy of the JCL Users Guide PDF and look in the index for 'procedure' and go from there.
Whilst you are at it, get the JCL Language Reference pdf as well.

The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
