If these are interview questions then use the interview part of the forum - if not then read the manuals, search the web. But if you keep asking inane questions you may find yourself paying a fee for everyone's time.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

nkulkarni, this was a ganesh question. This person has accessed the forum several times (using different sign on ids usually starting ganesh), asked a large number of vague or overly broad questions in a short period of time, and then never responded to any questions raised. We have learned to ignore the questions because there is no reason to respond to them.
