JCL is not able to do this.

Please, choose another tool which is available and/or preferable, and you are familiar with:
- SORT
- FileAid
- COBOL
- PL/I
- Assembler
- 100 other tools.

JCL is THE ONLY ONE not suitable for this task.
Javas and Pythons come and go, but JCL and SORT stay forever.
