what is the difference between C all , find and locate in jcl ?? am a beginner.. so plz clear my doubt in a way i understand..

Unfortunately, at your current level of familiarity with the technology, this may not be possible. . .

None of the "commands" listed have anything to do with jcl. . . They are tso/ispf commands.

Suggest you find another way to ask the question(s).

Best place to start is:
in TSO/ISPF press PF1 - the help key
Then select option I - index to help topics
Follow the instructions

c all is used to replace the text where ever it occurs in program
"c all txt text"
in this txt is replaced with text.
Find is used to find the member in data set or the text in program.

...and LOCATE is used to position yourself relative to the sequence of the data.

LOCATE while in EDIT positions you to that line number.

LOCATE in a member list (sorted by name) positions you to that member in the list.
