Hello,

Probably not "some program". . .

Suggest you speak with the Sql Server support people or the network people to learn which remote connectivity optoins might be available for your system. If there are mainframe processes that connect to some non-mainframe environments, the people who support these on the mainframe should know how these connections are handled and possibly could be used for this new requirement.

And this will surely be more than a "JCL Opportunity". . .
Hope this helps,
d.sch.

From what I've heard, Xbridge Systems (http://www.xbredigesystems.com) has a product that will connect a mainframe to SQL Server. I don't know any details, such as price, though.

And there is no such thing as a 'JCL program'
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
