The JOB CLASS definitions will take precedence.

Hello,

if i submit a job with Class A
Keep in mind that the "rules" for class A are system specific, not general. To find what the rules are on your system(s), you should talk with your system support people.

Your jobs should work within the rules and you should not override the time parameter for your jobs.

Hi,
If the "rule" specified in my system for Job Class A is such that a job should take only 10 seconds to complete and if the last step in my job has TIME=NOLIMIT coded, what happens? Jus wanted to know the impact as i had never tried to do it in my test environment.
