Hello,

it looks like the language and communication skills of the interviewer are almost non existent

What is happening is that there are people that do not necessarily speak the same "first/primary" language and the interview is conducted in English - which no one in the room knows very well.

Later, when someone tries to ask here about some intgerview question, it is often just a jumble. . .

As much as many struggle with English here, they all do better than i could if i had to reply in their first language. . .
