By executing your shop's mainframe PKZIP software. As there are several such packages, we cannot tell you which, if any, you have installed; you must ask you senpai or support workgroups.

Depending upon your site, you may -- or may not -- be able to unzip a file on the mainframe. Mainframes do NOT come standard with any zip / unzip software (other than Unix software which may have trouble with MVS-style files) and hence not all sites spend the money to install such software.
