There look to be a couple of useful links via google but as I do not know what xJCL is I cannot be certain.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

There doesn't seem to be an IBM-provided utility to convert JCL to xJCL.

Software engineers view writing a Tool as the ultimate opportunity. Here's yours

Hello and welcome to the forum,

One of the challlenges of being "early" to the party is that you may have to build your own tools, rather than just using them. . . When my teams have had to build tools, we were highly entertained. . .

Good Luck!
Hope this helps,
d.sch.
