Need help with a 4038..but more

We have a transaction within CICS and it is abending with a 4038.
The strange part is it was working and it continues to work up until we hit a certain record.
I feel it is a record as it fails in both prod and test.
We are not getting any info from cics ,
I know I need to change my ceeuopt but am having a brain cramp on how to do it.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
