You are not clear -- do you need help understanding what you posted, or are you wanting help reading the dump?

What you posted indicates that an independent software vendor product called CA-SYMDUMP from CA is installed at your site and processed the dump request. CA-SYMDUMP had problems processing the dump and hence reverted to the standard CICS dump facility. A storage violation means that a CICS program attempted to read or write storage for which it is not authorized. This could have resulted from a totally different program causing an issue -- storage violations are frequently difficult to diagnose since the victim program may have had nothing to do with the causing program. OTOH, the program tagged with the storage violation could be the one causing it.

If you need more, or different, information you really need to work with your site support group. And they need to be involved, anyway, to find out why CA-SYMDUMP got the CASD7420 message, as this could indicate the product is not installed correctly (for the CICS region or for your entire site). Reading the dump would be a task for the site support group as we don't have access to your site and have no way to review the dump.
