How we do DEF and INS in CICS for COBOL and DB2?

Hi, Actually I have done a COBOL with DB2 and MAP. I have compiled COBOL(and Binded) and MAP program seperately. The MAXCC is 00. After that I have DEF and INS the MAPSET,PROG,TRANS,DB2E,DB2T. And I installed program,transaction.. everything. While I trigger the Transaction I got the following error.

"DFHAC2016 07/27/2009 00:45:44 FSSCICS Transaction T123 cannot run because program NEWPGM is not available."

Can any one tell me what caused the above. Is there any (Step by Step) document in Web to DEF and INS the MAP,PROG,TRANS,DB2... ?? Or If any one having the document please share with me..??

Suggest you speak with your cics and/or db2 support. They will know how this is done on your system.
