Hello,

Far too broad a topic for a forum. . .

Suggest you search the cics manual:
http://publibz.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/ ... 0/CONTENTS?
The flashlight/tubelight is the search for the manual

You might also find something useful here:
http://gateway.cis.ysu.edu/~tom/crs/cis ... douts.html
Hope this helps,

Hello,

The network system i'm using to this week prohibits opening attachments.

Suggest you take the very first part of your map and folllw the documentation for creating that particular kind of map.

Once you start testing your new (partial) map, post here when there are problems and someone may be able to help.

You might also use the proven method of cloning an existing map and changing according to what you want to do.
Hope this helps,
d.sch.

Hi Dick,
I created a simple map with 5 protected fields and i coded EIBCPOSN in the program. Now i place the cursor on one of the protected fields. If i press ENTER , one new map(preferably small) must be displayed without erasing the previous MAP so that we can see both the maps at a time, one map is freezed another (new) one is highlited.
How to code this? And you introduced the term "CLONING", what is this about?
