Hi all,
The system administators are able to work with ceda command while the application developers are not able to work with that.... can anyone pls state me the reason....appologies if m wrong.

CEDA allows creation of new transactions, programs, files, and so forth. This is not a function developers normally do -- system administrators do this.

CEDC allows review of definitions but no updates and is often allowed to developers.
