Query on map

Postby diptisaini » Wed Aug 03, 2011 2:47 pm

I have a DB2 and CICS program. Yesterday my map is loaded with in 2 min. But ,today its taking so much time.
Could you please advise me what would be the possible reason for this?

More workload on the system?
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

Hello,

For what it is worth - 2 minutes should not be acceptable response time for an average cics trancaction.

Someone needs to look at the data design and the code that reads the data.

Could you please advise me what would be the possible reason for this?
Other than generalities, no. You would need to post much more specific info.
Hope this helps,
d.sch.
