Clarification on the SYSID in the DFHMNDUP

Here i'm trying to do performance monitoring using the DFHMNDUP utility. I have a small clarification. What is the SYSID in the Sysin card refers to. Does it means the MVS system ID given in the SMFPRMXX member or else the SYSIDNT value in the SIP of the CICS region. Hope i'm clear. Can anyone guide me on this. Apologies if i'm wrong!.
