Code to get the jobcard

hi,
Can someone let me know how to code get the jobcard automatically if i type some jc or something like that in the command line? Can this be done using REXX or CLIST?
P.S : I am new to REXX and CLIST concepts..

It sounds to me as if you're describing something more like an ISPF Edit Macro, which is how I would code it. You can write the macro using any language you wish.
