nmt and LPARs list

Hi everyone
and sorry for a really stupid question but I seem to be unable to google an answer. I tried hard.

When I start the Terminal (TN3270), I see a message saying it's connnected to system. I'm supposed to enter NMT to get to LPARs list, then enter S near the LPAR name I need and get to ISPF. And here comes questions:
1) After I started ISPF, is there any way I can get back to LPARs list?
2) And if I quitted ISPF using X or F3 button, I get a command line with message READY up there. I can type ISPF and get it back from this command line, but not in a way it was configured for me by our system people. It has another menu items order, another look, etc. Is there any way to start ISPF back with my settings, if I quitted it occasionally?

If I was just stupid enough not to guess the proper keywords, I'd be fine with them instead of full explanation. Thank you in advance :)

Oh ok, thank you.
We don't have one actually, only people who deal with serious stuff like OPC and CICS and MQ, and they are not really fond of such questions. We are supposed to get this initial knowledge pack from Interskill z/OS foundation course, and I had mine already, but they don't teach things like that. But if it's so special for every system, I'll have to struggle further, anyway.

For your question 1, only someone AT YOUR SITE -- specifically, the site support group -- can answer the question. We don't work at your site and have no idea how it was set up. I, for one, have never heard of "NMT" and assume it is one of the session manager access tools (but which session manager, I have no clue).

For your question 2, if you have sufficient access you can find out. When you sign onto TSO, a logon procedure is executed (usually, but not always, out of SYS1.PROCLIB). That logon procedure will have a parameter (PARM=?) and if you can find that parameter, issuing that as a command at the TSO READY prompt should get you back into ISPF as if you had just logged on. But, again, this is usually found by consulting the site support group.

Same here, I must admit: no clue what's this and no reasonable answers in google. But anyway, it was worth trying. Thank you. We're not really supposed to use support for questions like this, alas.

I'm allowed to view the members in SYS1.PROCLIB, so there's chance I'll find it eventually. Thank you so much!

why not try - after having exited ISPF and got to the TSO ready prompt
to enter a good old plain LOGOFF ???

Oh, I'm back to LPARs list this way! Thank you!!
Basically it solves both problems for me: I can also restart ISPF with my own config by choosing the LPAR I need again. Thank you so so much! I'll go share it with my poor colleagues in the same situation now :)
