Can anyone explain me clearly abt the Difference between (-- and <-- edit line commands.

Your basic questions can be answered by viewing the online tutorial in ISPF. The HELP <PF1> while in EDIT will get you to the topics. Then you can teach yourself!

I think the biggest difference is that (-- can move data outside the bounds to eliminate it while <-- does not.
