I want to learn how to create and use Panels. Can anyone suggest the links to tutorials for the same?

Sorry, I'm not aware of any online Tutorials for ISPF Development. There do seem to be plenty of companies that offer training for the product, but you'd have to contact them for the details.

The best I can do is to have you refer to this previous topic which has links to the appropriate IBM manuals.
