How to view Aparticular column in a PS

Postby rsandeep » Sun Jun 14, 2009 6:43 pm

I have a dataset (PS), whose LRECL is 1660, RECFM = FB.
I want to view only the 5-9 position and 555-575th position column .i.e. Temporarily hide other columns or positions in 3.4

Can anyone help?

Hello and welcome to the forum,

Suggest you simply scroll right 554 so that 555 will be on the left side.
Hope this helps,

In ISPF VIEW, you can set BOUNDS 10 575 and then use ((545 block line command to shift the other columns out of view.

Reset to BOUNDS 1 1660 when finished.
