Not able to start the SENDER

Hi all,
I am trying to transfer simple data from windows to mainframe and vice versa using MQ. On windows side i am using IBM webspere MQ explorer 7.01.
I have created local, transmission and remote queues on both MF and WINDOWS side. I am successfully able to start sender on Windows side and also i can put message in windows which i can get easily in mainframe.
But i am not able to start the SENDER on mainframe side so not able to put any message from mainframe side, i tried options for IP address of machine and all. Everything is fine but SENDER is not starting at all.
Please Help me .....

Somewhere there is information about why the process would not start. You need to find and post this info.
