hello..i'm a student and currently facing this problem..error code CSQO014E...

could somebody direct me what to do...

Enter CSQO014E into google and click on the first link. Or ask your teacher - s/he is there to help you and if they cannot then find another school.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
