DB2 DYNAMIC STORED PROCEDURE

Hello,

I have coded a dynamic SQL statement in my DB2 Stored Procedure.
When i run my stored procedure i am hitting a -805 on the Prepare and Execute statement.

What am i missing ?
Please advise.
