If other programmer did a cobol-d2 program precompile,compile,link-edit,,,, but bind didn’t?
If d same program given to us how can you know that module done up to bind?

To know something happened, I usually check if the expected result is where it should be (hint: syspackage)
I can explain it to you, but i can not understand it for you.

No bind = bad sqlcode, at execution
or if you dont want to run the prog check the consistency tokens
If the code hasn't been changed, why is the LKED date today?
