How to reload a DB2 database?

Witch program i have to execute??? I have to use a program???
Could someone explain to me (with details)???

I believe, Alison-chan, that you would be well-advised to read the DB2 for z/OS Utility Guide and Reference, specifically the material on the LOAD utility.

Note that you do not load a DB2 data base, but rather a table (or more accurately, part or all of a table space). Terminology is important, and can be critical for understanding.
