Yesterday I have production issue. 2 jobs calling DB2-COBOL module has been failed. After that 2 jobs re executed after adding SDSNLOAD in the joblib. Then one of the job ran fine. Second one again abended.

2 jobs are calling same batch module which inturn call an event handler that calls a table handler.

Dump shows ALNK-CONCURRENCY-TS has low values in one of the cases. Please help me on this. Please let me know for additional details.

Repeating my answer from locked topic:
Check the other libraries in the joblib/steplib. It may be that the one that is working has the second level module already in there, while the one that is failing is missing that library.
