Hi
I need a small clarification.
There is a change to DB2 table structure to include 1 new column of decimal type at the end which can have the value zero.
If I try to use a load file which does not have the new column with all other column values intact, for loading, will the load job fail or will it be successful?
Please let me know if I am not clear with my query.
Note: BMC utility is used for loading the table
Thanks
Prasanna G.

Re: DB2 Load doubt
Hello,
Suggest you run a test with your actual ta ble(s) and data. Then you will knkow what will specifically happen on your system.
If there are any surprises, post back here and someone should be here shortly.
