How To save a Vsam file ?

Save, save it from what ?

I assume that you are perhaps meaning Backup. Please use the correct terminolgy as this makes your question understandable to those that try to help.

If so, Dfdss, IDCAMS REPRO, IDCAMS EXPORT, or any other appropriate software that is installed at your site.

Your question, as stated, makes no sense -- there is no need to "save" a VSAM file since they must be preallocated using IDCAMS or some similar utility. As expat said, perhaps if you provide more details we can help.
