USERMOD SYSMOD or JCLIN command

Helo all SMP/E Gurus,

I want installing an IMS Message Processing Program. But I don't know how which manner. Namely I make an USERMOD SYSMODE object for the MPP app with the SMP/E command RECEIVE and that insztall it with the SMP/E command ACCEPT. OR the other manner simply I create a SMP/E command JCLIN which makes the required entries into terget zone and finally I run the STAGE2 job of IMS generation. Which procedure is good? Or this is a total wrong concept and another way to do it. Please send me some words about this problem if possible!
