I am totally new this site. I am looking for the command (i am not sure whether we have a command for handling this !) in ADSO to find out the number of characters entered by the user enter on the screen. I have to do a search depending on the value entered. Please guide me.
Is there any other logic to handle this apart from the command?

Re: Find out the number of characters entered by the user
ADS has a number of BIF's that can help. A BIF is a built in function. These are outlined in the user documentation.
