question on DSNUTILB and templates

question on DSNUTILB and templates

hi i am changing a template from a gdg to date time stamp. it all workes except the time GMT not local
does any one know how to change this to local time?

Use Language Environment routine CEEGMTO to get the offset between GMT and WULT.
