TWS LTP ERROR

When I execute the program to create Long Term Plan in TWS OPC,the program is executed successfully but afterwards when I access the LTP option(2) on the OPC panel,I am getting the error :
EQQL310E - THE LTP DATASET IS EMPTY-NO HEADER FOUND.What could be the cause of this error?
