HOW TO SELECT ONLY 2 COLUMNS ON VSAM FILE

Ask queries about other IBM Tools like Tivoli, COBTEST, Fault Analyzer, z/OS File Manager, Workload Simulator, APA, SCLM, Merge & Migration Tools etc...

Postby LisAndkp » Fri Dec 15, 2017 10:13 pm

Hi,

Recently, I'm doing things in COBOL and I have a VSAM file which I'm looking on FILE MANAGER with its copy , but the columns that I want to look are #3 and #123 , my question is if there is any comands that can help me to show only those columns together

Thanks for your help. :)

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

This isn't a VSAM query per se. It's a File Manager query. I copied this to Other IBM tools.
