We have a site defined limit of five minutes, which I think is the default.

However, in our test system, we rerun jobs in (usually) less than a minute. But if the job abends again, we don't get a(n) IDIREPRT.

I tried

But all I get is the CEEDUMP and a message that FA found a duplicate.

I have to sit and wait for 5 minutes between runs, and so far today it's cost me an hour.

Is there a way to get the IDIREPRT every time without changing the SYS1.PARMLIB member?
