Postby priyasondhi » Wed Oct 27, 2010 2:02 pm

Hi,

I have heard of this tool (File-AID/Data solutions) and interested in learning it. Does anyone have any tutorial/Guide for it? I tried searching the net but could not find much.

Please help.

Thanks,
Priya...

You obviously did not try very hard - google file-aid and on my results list it was the second hit - straight to the Data Solutions page
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

Hi Nic,

Thanks for helping me out..

Yes.. its there but it contains very high level business information about the product by compuware.. Compuware usually publish a manual or reference guide for its every product but I failed to locate such document for Data Solution tool.

It will be good if you can search on that lines..

Thanks,
Priya...

If you have the product installed the manual will be available - also PF1 should help you. If you do not have it installed then it may be that you can only have the manual if you purchase the option. But try the Compuware site and see if they have a free download.
